Orders from our warehouse in China are shipped via ePacket or EMS, depending on the size and weight of the item.

If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our return policy.
For cancellation requests received over the weekend, please refer to the customer support section.

If you place an order over the weekend and request a cancellation or address change, it will be processed the following Monday.

📬 Undelivered or Returned Orders

In rare cases where an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, or the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, your order may be returned to the courier’s local warehouse.
If this occurs, please contact our support team. We’ll provide the local tracking number and courier contact details so you can arrange a new delivery.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the full and correct delivery address.
However, we will do our best to assist in resolving any issues.

📦 Lost Packages in Transit

In the rare event that your package is lost in transit, we will initiate a refund or replacement once the courier completes their investigation and officially declares the package lost.
We may require a document from the carrier and/or ask you to contact them directly.
